Yes they do. I guess you haven’t seen the folks in the hotel in Panama, who were deported there and none are Panamanian. |
Stephen Miller hates Hispanic immigrants. |

I have a friend who's lived in the US for >20 years, visa expired long ago, still waiting for a green card, has an American-born child, and she's terrified. She's also stuck, because if she tries to leave the country she'll end up like this woman.

ICE has quotas to meet so they're snagging all the low-hanging fruit they can. |
| ^ So it’s ok for your friend to ignore laws? Why? |
I didn't say it's OK. But all the people who voted for Trump because they thought he was just going to deport the criminals and bad guys are in for a rude awakening. Some bad stuff is going to happen to your neighbors and friends, and if you're thoughtful, you might wonder how does this "make America great"? |
|
I posted on here ad nauseum before the election warning everyone that my Trump supporters relatives want *everyone* gone except for American born white and black people and I was ignored.
Well, that's what's happening folks. If you are brown or aren't an American citizen, I would urge you not to travel. |
|
Unless you are going back to your county of origin to stay. Seriously.
And that includes all the Hispanic people who think they look "white." Please have your American passport on you at all times. Not how I personally want things to be, but it is what my relatives who vote Republican want to happen. And it's happening. |
If things got so bad that citizens have to carry their naturalization certificates and passports to avoid deportation then probably its not worth stay anyways. |
True. It's what Republicans voted to have happen, and it's happening. |
| If you’re white you are generally ok. I’ve noticed for many years that white illegals are generally left alone unless they cause trouble. But I’ve even seen illegal white people get arrested for whatever and not get deported. |
This administration seems to have a broader non 1st amendment loving definition of "trouble." Intentional I'm sure |
The article says he has an 8 year old daughter with his female partner. |
?? Puerto Rico is part of the US. |
That article is insane!! So people can’t speak Spanish in public anymore? Wow. |
True but if you read the article, you’d see that the Puerto Rican family was detained by ICE because they were speaking Spanish. They were peacefully shopping in a store and next thing they are detained by ICE. That is not right. |
