Naturalized citizens are citizens, period.

You can’t be thrown out unless they stripped you of your citizenship, which is an extraordinarily rare and difficult process.

If you look up the statute you can have your citizenshipship revoked for “egregious acts”.

The danger is that what Trump’s Justice And State Depts might define as egregious may different from how it’s been in the past. And while one could have relied on the courts in the past if ICE rounds you up and takes you across country I don’t see any courts with armed militia stepping in.

I am not prone to hysteria. But this is pretty scary.

+1 Trump administration doesn't care about judicial ruling; he controls the military, and most of the grunt LEO are MAGA. So, who's going to stop them from arresting and holding naturalized citizens who dare to speak out against Trump?

If you read the article on the h1b doctor that was refused entry at the border in the very fine print it was mentioned there was something that was usually not a problem but was there. So there was something in her record that got flagged, they usually ignored it but this time they didn’t. Could be as simple as a traffic charge. Unfortunately this has always been a risk for anybody even with a visa at the border, and entry will be more scrutinized under this administration.

It is if they are the ones qualified for the job. 2/3 of American 8th graders can’t read to grade level. You think they are producing the next generation of programmers and scientists? Funny, no.

These "cheap" H1b workers probably make more money in a quarter than you do in an entire year. These H1B people make way more money than you and the average MAGA

I have a simple question. If the idea is to target immigrants or naturalized citizens because "they" want to make america white, then why are they not targeting the black population in this country. Didn't most black men also not vote of Trump, what with Obama chiding them for not excited with Harris etc. Green card holders are a small minority and many are actually white, don't they want more white immigrants and if they target all GC holders then it isn't fitting the narrative. Something is missing in all this.

+1 instead, they are targeting DEI, food programs for kids and the poor, gutting renter's legal protections for the poor. That's how they are going after AAs because they are disproportionately impacted.

Please the only green card holders getting deported are the ones who criticize Israel. So there are no Jews with targets on their backs. They are the ones doing the targeting.
