I am not worried, I am also armed to the teeth.

Yes Trump forgot the Benneton days. We are a diverse and welcoming country and one day our world will be even more diverse. Do the math. Trump is a frightened old white man afraid to lose his White Privileged Card. I gladly hand mine over to welcome a beautiful diverse World of many races and creeds. Peace.

does that mean you are ok with illegal immigration?

“The DOJ memo says that the federal government will pursue denaturalization cases via civil litigation — an especially concerning move, said Cassandra Robertson, a law professor at Case Western Reserve University.

In civil proceedings, any individual subject to denaturalization is not entitled to an attorney, Robertson said; there is also a lower burden of proof for the government to reach, and it is far easier and faster to reach a conclusion in these cases.”

“According to this new memo, the DOJ is expanding its criteria of which crimes put individuals at risk of losing their citizenship. That includes national security violations and committing acts of fraud against individuals or against the government, like Paycheck Protection Program loan fraud or Medicaid or Medicare fraud.

"To see that this administration is plotting out how they're going to expand its use in ways that we have not seen before is very shocking and very concerning," said Sameera Hafiz, policy director of the Immigration Legal Resource Center, a national advocacy organization providing legal training in immigration law.

"It is kind of, in a way, trying to create a second class of U.S. citizens" — where one set of Americans is safe and those not born in the country are still at risk of losing their hard-fought citizenship, she said.

Other immigration experts point to another part of the guidance, which gives U.S. attorneys broader discretion to determine other eligible denaturalization cases. "These categories do not limit the Civil Division from pursuing any particular case," the memo states, and priorities for denaturalization can include "any other cases referred to the Civil Division that the Division determines to be sufficiently important to pursue."

Sorry naturalized citizens, now you’re not “real” citizens. What dear leader didn’t givith, dear leader shall take away. Or Stephen Miller anyway.

What happens if you are denaturalized? Are you just stateless if you relinquished your other citizenship?

Yes. You would be like Tom Hanks character in the movie “The Terminal”.

You don’t hear them correcting her. Rosie Perez was quick to stop Osborne, that’s when Osborne said she wasn’t apart of this fight.

Why is stupidity something MAGAS worship? So many of them have diarrhea of the spoken word.

So, since India was conquered by the Arayans, Americans deserve to go there, because the Indians are of Arayan descent?

How come these Nativists never point out that the Mexicans are of Spanish origin and have about as much right as a white American to be here?

I think this is one of the annoying things about Old World immigrants, they don't understand our history or politics and they bring with them all of their Old World issues, like Jews and Islam fighting.

For what it's worth immigration and war over boundaries was going on way before Europeans showed up. There it is Old World centrism, "the poor little natives never left their homes." They never fought over land when other tribes moved. I mean seriously a seven-year-old walked in one of the caravans north over the summer. People were moving around all of the time back then. Many of the tribes had ordination stories. Many of the Creek tribes vividly describe taking their land from other tribes.

OP here. I think it’s deeper than just plain racism. That might Magas wet dream, but I think the government’s goal is to use fear and discourage dissent. Another poster mentioned her white European DH being afraid. The man detained in the article is white. I think the threat of deportation is just another tool to silence people. Like going after universities, protesters.

I think they want to reduce the size of the population. Hence antivaccine propaganda, cuts to medicare and medicaid, mass deportations. It is the same song.

No, they are trying to get more people to have babies - that's Vance's wet dream, and hence one of the reasons for restricting abortion. This guy smoked pot, had a DUI, and is probably a liberal and gay. MAGA don't want people like that populating the US.

I hear you but they do not make sense. They claim they want more babies but Medicare/Medicaid cuts will shut down hospitals--in rural Oklahoma, for example--and women and the babies will not have healthcare or will have to drive hours and hours to receive it.

Meanwhile, Kennedy Brain Worm is messing with vaccines.

So, overall, I think they want us all to die.

Naturalized citizens are citizens, period.

You can’t be thrown out unless they stripped you of your citizenship, which is an extraordinarily rare and difficult process.

I have lived and traveled in an extensive list of countries, and have had to carry an ID in many of them.

Hysteria doesn’t help anyone.

I think we only have around two laws left in the US after what Trump, Stephen Miller, and the SCOTUS have done.

It's sweet you think Trump will follow the law.

I know someone who was deported back to Puerto Rico a couple of weeks ago. He was pissed because he had to pay for a flight back home to NYC. It’s crazy.

Seriously? Make up better lies.

Puerto Rico is a US territory and all Puerto Ricans are US citizens. They can not be deported from the US or to Puerto Rico.

What you are saying is that you know someone from Alaska that was “deported” back to Anchorage.

You should look up how dumb people are and how many think the District of Columbia is in South America. Trump did not know PR was part of the US.

Rich and white, preferably blonde hair is the new American ( or maybe the old American). Can't be ethnic looking unless you are in the good looking category. --- according to Frump.

Trump has zero power to change anything related to immigration. Congress has to pass a bill first .

Nope. SCOTUS has seen to it that Trump can act with impunity on any topic or matter.

Rural people blame the hospitals, not Rs, for the hospital closures. It's a cult. Cult members can't accept the evidence even if you shove it in front of their faces. That's MAGA.
