I'm hearing a lot of chatter among coaches that the Rays are moving down due to projections from the algorithm.

I hear they’re switching to PrinceMont because SBP wanted a MoCo rival.

Take a look at times from relay carnival, which gives you a (albeit imperfect) snapshot of depth. There are generally very few teams from the bottom half of the league who could compete with the top half. And a lot of top half teams that could place at all stars but won’t have a chance to swim at that meet bc they didn’t win division.

Using only low age times to determine next year would be more accurate. Not involved enough to know if it is even possible to run data like that.

In any event, there will be no perfect system to predict only the best match-ups. That is why you swim IRL. Anything can happe.

Because B meet results aren’t official MCSL results, this isn’t possible. A team’s makeup determines if there are 9s/11s/13s etc. swimming in A meets. They may swim bc they are the fastest, but are they fast or is the roster limited, totally depends on the team.

RMSC, the team currently known as the Rays, got their start in princemont. I think everyone would like it if they returned.

People keep pointing out Eldwicks win loss record. That doesn’t mean they can’t jump up a few divisions. Remember how many Upper County dropped in one year. It’s possible

Dude what r u smoking?

Is this a joke? I just looked at Eldwicks results in its last meet. They don’t have a single half way decent swimmer in any age group. They have one kid on the all star list and he’s only on for one event. For their sake, I hope they don’t end up in B.

He is troll. Don’t feed him.

What does division B look like for 2025?

Despite what someone said earlier, Eldwick is not in B.

It is: FV, CG, PW, SB, BE, CV

How about division E?

Where will Poplar Run be next season? It was nice being in O this year and having meets on Sundays. That way we could swim for Stonegate on Saturdays and then Poplar Run on Sundays
