I run the same algorithm as the OP. everything is the same except Stonebridge is in C and Eldwick is in B. Eldwick must have a heck of a median time, they've lost every meet

Is this a joke? I just looked at Eldwicks results in its last meet. They don’t have a single half way decent swimmer in any age group. They have one kid on the all star list and he’s only on for one event. For their sake, I hope they don’t end up in B.
