That may be true for lower-division teams, but kids swimming on upper-division teams both know AND care

I don’t think the kids care as much as the parents seem to.

Nope. Eldwick is in Division L and didn't win a meet all summer.

I think RV, SB, PO and BE should let the league know which kids they are recruiting for next year, so they can be included in the lead seeding process for their new team, not their former team.

This would address when athletes switch teams mid year, but would probably me accurate than the current algorithm.

no they don't, the good swimmers miss a few meets for bigger events every year, the parents are the ones that care.

It’s a formula. It doesn’t matter how many wins you had or what division you were in. Eldwick just must have done well on the algorithm and formula while stonebridge didn’t
