Can the people won are deciding on $50,000+ private or public school go elsewhere?

What unlucky school gets to have you OP? We're all dying to know what school to avoid!

What an elitist attitude.... Oh we got into every school we applied to...just appalled at those lowly public school people.

Talk down to us a little bit more sweetheart!!

It’s annoying to people who have committed to private school, ONLY applied to private schools and properly assessed their options before applying. It’s not like the random public school you are considering just randomly popped up over night. You have the data you need. You’re taking up seats for kids who definitely know they want private school while you twiddle your thumbs asking dumb questions and asking people to make comparisons for you.

Almost certainly public school trolls. On this forum there are probably more comments from public school trolls than current and prospective private school parents. Yet if you read the public school sub forums, I never detect any private school trolls. Speaks volumes, doesn't it.

Nope, you just don’t like to think the person sitting next to you at your next school function thinks this way. But they do. They just can’t say it out loud.

OP sounds insufferable. I fervently hope she is not one of the families at my private school.

I wouldn't be surprised when OPs little darlings end up reporting to public school bosses. I have a colleague who went to Eton (UK) and when he first started work he would just go on and on and on about how he went to Eton. (We are at one of the largest companies in the world, so we work with people from everywhere). Most of the Americans went to public and parochial schools and seriously couldn't care less where the other fresh zero experienced grad hires went - we all passed the rigorous entrance to the company. Now, 15 years later he's literally had one promotion - most of the folks average a promotion every 3-5 years - hmmmm wonder why. His arrogance was literally the only thing that set him apart from the rest of us.
