New Tysons Ridge Townhomes Families?

That was our biggest issue with living in a townhouse - we did have a yard which was great during the pandemic when our kids were small and we were outside ALL the time - but we really wished we had something bigger for them to run around in (our yard was fenced in and we weren't comfortable with sending them out to the common area alone). We did move last summer and while we miss our close in location, we're pleased with a bigger yard.

These townhomes look really similar to the ones further down Leesburg Pike that are closer to the new West Falls development. I'd be a little bummed to be spending that much money but not be able to walk anywhere except Trader Joe's and the library.

No, just the common area playground. No private yard. We considered that. We think we'll be fine but can't be sure until we move in.

Welcome to the area! My only concern about Tysons Ridge would be that your only way out is through the light across from Marshall HS which is always a pain in the butt or the light near Trader Joe's which is worse.

It's OK for someone without kids (and no reason to worry about their crossing Route 7 on foot or bike) who wants a townhouse rather than an apartment, works in Tysons, and doesn't mind all the traffic associated with the high school. Otherwise pass.
