None of PH goes to McLean HS

Do you live here? Because you are wrong.

Yes I do and you are incorrect.

Guys - the Tysons Ridge Townhomes are NOT in Pimmit Hills. They are NOT zoned to Lemon Road, they are zoned to Westgate/Kilmer/Marshall.

Who are you trying to convince? It is Pimmit Hills. Get over it.

That area (north of Route 7 off Idylwood) shows up as Pimmit Hills on Redfin but it’s not actually part of Pimmit Hills (as the neighborhood was originally developed in the 1950s).

Then what is it?

NP. Not sure why it matters so much. I looked it up. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/Tysons-Ridge-Falls-Church-VA-22043/2057586674_zpid/?utm_campaign=iosappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare

Tyson’s ridge is part of falls church, pimmit hills, and zoned to west gate.

Who cares? These look just like the EYA townhouses at Mosaic, except there is stuff at Mosaic and here you're just sitting right off Leesburg Pike.

Sheesh, the hate is real. They're building an outdoor communal gathering space, playground, and meditation area. Since when are all new developments expected to be mixed use? Have you considered that everyone may not want that?

And they have a meditation area!

Living on Route 7 is an absolute nightmare. Living right next to Tyson’s corner is an absolute nightmare. Living backed up to the beltway is an absolute nightmare. Buy dash cams, everyone!

Sounds like OP is trying to convince herself that she made a good choice. It's fine OP - the Tysons Pimmit Library is wonderful and the little playground there is a hidden gem. My kids love to scooter around the trail there, too.

I was just thinking Pimmit Hills was only the neighborhood behind Trader Joes that is next to Tysons Pimmit park. Aren't these townhouses on the other side of the library? That's still considered Pimmit Hills? I had no idea.

OK, I just looked at a map, I get it. The neighborhood is right behind it.
