New Tysons Ridge Townhomes Families?

Good luck OP but as the owner of a townhouse nearby, you’re unlikely to have many families in your neighborhood unless there’s a pool and a playground.

When you say nearby, do you mean Union Park by Toll Brothers?

There are a lot of older townhouses on the other side of Route 7 closer to Tysons Ridge than Union Park.

I just hope your house isn't facing Leesburg Pike, it's really loud.

EYA also wants to build a bunch of townhouses right off Idylwood also in the Marshall district.

We are in PH in a relatively new build and love it. Our kid went to westgate and it's a great school. You can also look for the part of pimmit hills that goes to lemon road and eventually McLean hs.

That area (north of Route 7 off Idylwood) shows up as Pimmit Hills on Redfin but it’s not actually part of Pimmit Hills (as the neighborhood was originally developed in the 1950s).

“The street” = one of the busiest roads in NoVa.

What are you talking about? PH literally backs up to the library with walking trails and a road to the parking lot.

The land owned by the church on Idylwood? That project got scrapped during Covid. Is it back?

Yes, part of the land owned by St. Paul's Lutheran Church off Idylwood Road. A revised project (65-75 new townhouses) is now being revived. Would go to Shrevewood/Kilmer/Marshall.

DP. You are wrong. East of Pimmit Run is not Pimmit Hills, nor is west of Magarity Road.
