If you honestly believe Biden has not delivered anything meaningful, then you clearly have no clue how effective this administration was in its first two years. As to the third year, the GOP House passed exactly zero meaningful bills. I disagree with you about #2. Look how close Clinton came and frankly Whitmer is a significantly better candidate.
