Why is the patriarchy still alive and well?

There is nothing in this comment that is shaming anyone. It is explaining how the patriarchy perpetuates itself.

Why don’t you examine why this reality makes you feel so defensive and triggered.

I’m not sure why you think that explaining how the patriarchy encourages women to voluntarily choose and perpetuate a life of complete economic dependence on men is perpetuating it.

Women are their own worst enemy. We are still taught we should alway be inclusive and supportive even when we are pushed to the side. Look at JK Rowlings, look at Universities no longer have Women's Studies programs - they had to be inclusive and now they are called Gender and Sexuality studies. Why? Why can't the absolute emphasis be on Women?

We can't even have the Women's symbol on sanitary pads and tampons. We are being further erased and told to shut up and accept it.

In many (most?) species, the female chooses her mate after watching the male display. In many species, the females raise the babies, sometimes in matriarchal groups (elephants) while the males go off to fight each other (yawn).

Some women call other women TERFS, but it is led by trans women, ie. people socialized as MEN.
Lesbians are literally threatened and sometimes murdered for not wanting to have sex with trans women. It's just garden variety misogyny and male violence against women, except twisted by men who are now trans women.
SOME "progressive" women fall in line and happily gang up on other women for the sake of tans women, but this is just more of the same--patriarchy and female self-hatred.
