We've done the TJ croissants for weekend breakfasts quite a few times and they are always a hit. Easiest thing ever, put on a baking tray the night before and pop in oven in the morning. Both the chocolate and the almond varieties are winners!

Yes! What's not to like? Eggs, cheese, bread, meat, often I also add spinach or broccoli. Comfort food!

I freeze bagels. They don’t take long to thaw.
