Outside of sloppy college boys, beach or gym, should men EVER wear flip-flops in public?

We should start policing men's public attire. Maybe that'll tip the scales of injustice against women for centuries to millenia (depending on your lineage).

I love it when men wear flip-flops.

Flip flops are great when it's sort of a youthful, casual vibe with the right pants or shorts. Way better than the dumb loafers or dock shoes a lot of middle age guys wear.

Good thing I'm at the point in life that I don't give a damn what others think about what I wear.

DH wears flip flops and I like them but he could do better with nail care.

That’s the one thing we don’t seem to teach boys about enough!

We get manicures and pedicures together once or twice a month on our date nights.

+1
Especially when they pair the dumb loafers with no socks. Such an effeminate look. Brown flip flops with shorts and a polo is a nice, casual look.

People who wear flip-flops are happier than you are, and that drives you mad.

Oh, for the love. Get a life.

It’s normal in certain zip codes but not others. It’s a geographic thing.

In south Asian culture they wear sandals to the office. My mil rarely wears other shoes. She has no sneaks. Op sounds judgmental and dumb.

Men's fashion choices are already extremely limited compared to women's. Women are allowed to wear open toed shoes and sandals everywhere, but men can't? Makes sense, lol.

I personally am afraid to take off my shoes after standing on my feet all day because of the stink. I really don’t believe this is limited to men…

I find that flip flops tend to keep my feet dry, and stink way less (or not at all)…

I think everyone is a little bit different. I for one sweat a lot and have had issues with my feet because of it.

Jesus wore flip flops.

Nobody wants to see men’s feet. And if they are over 30 they shouldn’t wear shorts either.
