| OP your foot fetish is showing. |
| All these people saying wearing flip flops in public is trashy....do you only wear flip flops in private? LOL...just wondering.... |
| Look, DC in the summer is hot and humid. Just as hot and humid as any place in the tropics. I'm not going to judge someone for dressing appropriately for the weather. OP, you have issues. |

DH wears flip flops frequently. That said they are nice ones with no logo. He wears them with properly fitting jeans and polo or a nice tshirt.
He is great shape and nothing looks trashy about it at all. If he was wearing reefs basketball shorts and a stained tshirt I would have a different opinion. |
More excuses to rationalize dressing low class in public. Men can buy no-show thin socks to wear with loafers and boat shoes if they have sweat issues. |
You’re not a 19 year old sorority girl on only fans. I assure you nobody wants to see your feet. |
| Dh was a surfer. And he actually has really nice feet that are clean with nails trimmed. He looks good in flip flops, t-shirt, and loose jeans. Like really, really great. But - not everyone does, so it's like anything style-wise...it works for some, not all. |
PP again. I mentioned the surfer thing because he and his buddies always had random flip flops around because they couldn't go in stores or cafes barefoot They're just part of him.
|
| Who cares? My husband wears flip flops to take the kids to school in the morning, or to run to the store. Doesn't bother me at all. |
| Flip flops are yuck. Pool or shower only. Oh and I guess going to get pedicures too. |
| I think people (regardless of gender) should wear whatever shoes they prefer |

If you grew up in a beach area or on the water you wouldn't see it them that way. They are completely functional and as long as your feet are in decent shape, they are non-offensive to most people. |

Why wear sneakers if you aren't exercising?
Flip flops all day, regardless of gender. Unless I'm in slippers/uggs because it's below 50 degrees. |
