No. I ended up only 5'4", female. I was the longest baby they ever had in the ward; nada good height for me.

My father is 6'8"
My brother is 6'9"

Are you all from the Netherlands or The Congo? That’s the only two places I know of with people that tall consistently in a family.

We had a tall girl who seemed adult sized when I was in elementary school. Later in high school she was maybe 5'4" tall. It was kind of a jolt to realize I was taller than her at that point.

Possible, but those are real outlier ages, especially for the girls. Id guess more girls are full height by 14 than girls that continue to grow to 18.

Female - I was short to average as a kid and had puberty late (14 when got period, almost 15, was athlete). I was also very young compared to peers, fall birthday and started K when 4 years old. I am now 5’10”.

Girls stop usually before 14.

I hit 5'8" when I was around 10 and stopped growing. I was the second tallest girl I knew for a long time.

Nope. I was on the taller side in elementary school, got my period at 12 and stopped growing a couple of years later. I’m 5”3. My height has always felt pretty average for a woman though and has never bothered me.

I'm 5'3" and never was considered tall as a kid, but I don't think was necessarily considered short either (I'm 48). Kids these days seem a lot taller than they used to be, to me at least!

Though, it's interesting to see the difference in that my 16 year DD is 5'1" and she said half her friends are her height or shorter and the other half are 5'8" and taller. She does have one loner in the middle at 5'4".
