If you’re ok with a TH you have more options. Burke still has a lot of TH under $600k. Centreville too. West Springfield is tougher due to less inventory but still doable.

NP, here’s a house zoned for Rock View near Kenmont (the neighborhood pool) for under your budget. They re-did the kitchen but it does need some updates.

I would do more research on Rock View ES. Folks were happy with it in the past but I am not sure that is the case right now.

Seems like nothing. I moved here from DC and love the neighborhood. Someone just posted in a neighborhood group asking about Rock View and every response was positive. Every neighbor we know with kids sends their kid there and loves it.
