Peaches and Cream and Crystal were two of my favorite Barbie dresses ever, up there with Dream Glow and Magic Moves. Loving You Barbie (with the red “velvet” bodice and the red hearts on the white “tulle”) was great.

Dream Date Barbie’s outfit was all drama.

I remember drooling over Peaches and Cream Barbie as a kid. I never had one myself, but my friend's mom collected Barbies (this was in the late 80's) because she thought they would be worth $$$ one day and kept them all boxed in her closet. We would go in there and just stare at Barbie in those boxes and Peaches and Cream was one of them. I loved that dress. Loved Crystal Barbie too.

Not a kid movie. It’s PG-13.

I’ve heard it’s interesting social commentary and that “if you liked Barbie, you’ll love it and if you hated Barbie, you’ll love it.”

I brought up peaches & cream and I’m so loving the reminder of Crystal Barbie! I remember my best friend had crystal and we pretended they were sisters because the outfits were so similar.

You all also reminded me that my aunt gave me some Barbie clothes she saved from the 60s. One outfit was a nurse one and while we didn’t have doctor Barbie when I was a kid, she had her MD by the time I was babysitting. That was so cool.

Is the press tour over? Have we seen all the outfits on Margot at this point?

She’s on strike; there are no more outfits (except ones like the Chanel traveling outfit).

Provided she still has them in decent condition, she’s not wrong. Not like original Barbie money, but decent.

I had some Barbies but my obsession as a little kid was the Sweet Rose's PJ doll (I think she was a friend of Barbie's) I still think her dress was one of the best I've ever seen in the Barbie world.
