The diaper incidents and the apparently under-trained assistant are rightly concerns. It's good that you addressed them with the daycare center.
But can I ask why you want so much communication from the center during the day? I can't imagine wanting updates throughout the day about things like diaper changes, naps, whatever. My DC thrived in daycare, and I was good with the end of day reports we received on paper. I only expected them to communicate during the day if there was an issue that required my immediate attention.
