Why do you not use your turn signal?

Again, you wait for an opportunity. There will be one - keep checking your mirrors. Someone will be on their phone not paying attention, and then you seize the opportunity.

If you're switching lanes at the last minute, that's on you. Get in the proper lane ahead of time.
