The Inflation Reduction Act, accelerating the needed transition to non-producing renewable energy, lowering prescription drug prices and buttressing Obama Care, the Chips and Science Act, greenlighting a major investment in domestic production of semiconductors and in science research, the PACT Act, expanding health care for veterans exposed to burn pits, and what NPR accurately called the “first major gun safety law passed in nearly 30 years,” adds up to the most productive legislative summer in recent memory. These accomplishments come on top of the passage of a $1 trillion infrastructure package and the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan.

I don't see him doing much of anything but handing money out like candy and doing nothing real about inflation in terms of groceries and gas. At least increase the food stamp amount and keep free school lunches.

As a tricare family, I can tell you the past few years the quality of care has gone way down. It takes months to get an appointment and you cannot even get a primary care one and they tell you to go to the ER now for routine care. I've waited months for tests and appointments. That's not ok to treat our military that way.

You are correct, I cannot state that healthcare for the military was a Biden accomplishment; however,dDo you really think Biden is the cause of longer wait times and what not for the military? Please explain what he did to make it worse?

Let’s go Brandon!

Yes, Dark Brandon has been racking up a lot of wins lately! Let's go Dems!

DP. That’s not a compliment. You inadvertently admitted that he has been failing.

Dp. If I ever run into republican with reading comprehension or reasoning skills I'll rethink my party affiliation. Today is not that day.

You need to read what you typed before talking about anyone else’s comprehension.

There was a very detailed letter sent out to the community (staff, families, etc.) explaining this event. Are you not connected directly to MCPS? Our school facilities are rented out all the time and it generates money.

DP. I actually have 2 kids at RM. This event definitely impact the RM community. Today is not the most convenient time to do it, for about a billion reasons. But, I guess the DNC runs things in MoCo, so it is what it is.

Like the PP said, organizations, including political ones, are able to rent out many county buildings, including schools.

And RM is a solidly Democrat school - teachers, staff, families. Predominantly Democrats. So this was the high school for the Bidens to choose. Who doesn’t like Biden? Go Democrats!

All moco schools are Democrat schools.

True. Solidly blue all through MCPS.

I’m glad to live in Virginia, where there’s more diversity.

Why are you posting in a forum for a school system not in your state? Do you have any connection to MCPS? Or do you just trawl the waters until you see Biden’s name or something about Democrats?

What, am I not allow3d to do that? Please don’t tell on me.

By the way, were you ever a hall monitor, by any chance?

He's clearly getting great military care the rest of us cannot get. They have reduced the funding over the years and are more worried about buildings than hiring enough staff. WR has different levels of care and separate clinics for the elite. Its gotten way worse the past few years, especially the last year.

No, like, literally what is your reason for doing so? There are plenty of things that we can comment on, but choose not to because it has nothing to do with us.

Where did all the low IQ Trumpanzees come from?

People on here are typically pretty well educated and don't say such ridiculous things. Biden is a kind and accomplished public servant. Don't agree with everything he does? Too bad. You need to grow up. He's facing a ton of obstruction from Republicans who politicize everything. Give the buy a break.

And don't try to compare him to Twitler who was a crotch-grabbing, disease-spreading, tax-avoiding, document stealing slob.

Honestly, anyone still defending Twitler is suffering from some serious delusion. There are no facts that will ever change their minds. I find it pretty sad.

Nothing ridiculous on here has been said, (very easy to proof/ document) except for the childish name calling by Democrats
BTW, I see Trump/ Biden as two sides of the same coin.
Most people with critical thinking skills do too.
