I agree. How ridiculous. At least I am glad that the Riemer clown show is over.

Three of those gun violence incidents involved teenagers. One is dead.

So you think Elrich is pro gun or something?

I’m a different poster. I don’t think he’s pro-gun. I think he acts anti public-safety, along with the rest of the council. They treat MCPD horribly, which has resulted in many early retirements and few recruits. The remaining police are stretched thin and unsupported. (This is why I supported Blair.)

Oh yes, this is true. If only the people in the county knew what he is doing to the police.

I aware. And I’m delighted. I generally detest police, and I’m happy they’re unhappy.

It hurts marginalized communities the most. Is that your intent?

That’s because your moral compass points south.

Please do not call them if you are attacked/robbed or in any kind of trouble. I’m sure you will be there to help when a person gets in a car or gruesome accident and needs assistance. I’m also sure you will be happy to do all the things they do that basically no one else is willing to.

Sounds like someone in my neighborhood who doesn’t like the police, but then she went crying to them when she needed help with a situation that occurred with property and another neighbor.

It seems that the big developer — excuse me, “affordable housing” — PAC that spent millions to defeat Elrich got close, but no cigar.

This comment simply shows your low character. It’s hard to take this seriously.

unfortunately, people like ^PP are real, and they vote. And then they wonder why crime is up. Stupidity knows no boundary - both left and right.

They did get a nice bee costume though.

One of the historically worst political campaign ideas that I have ever seen in all my years. While I did not prefer Elrich, I’m glad that the rich people that paid for that and all the negative ads and the rest of the nonsense wasted their money.

People have gotten wise to the fact that “affordable housing” has become another talking point by the development lobby to upzone and density to build more market rate condos and apartments. They sling the same BS in DC. The Affordable Housing PAC against Elrich was just another cynical example of huge developer money in local politics.
