It’s apparent that these are all kids that probably haven’t lived here for more than a year or two but have apparently decided that the city must be remade into their own image. Then next year, they will move on to somewhere else, like Portland.

I think she'll survive for the same reason as Bowser, Bonds and Mendo, Name recognition. This is a DC primary.

We need jungle primary with the top two in the general.

If they won't give us RCV, then this would be good. Having D / R primaries for Council elections makes very little sense now and hasn't for a long time (if ever).

If Independents were allowed to vote in primaries Nadeau and others like her would’ve never won a second term. Nadeau’s core constituents are the Ward 1 soccer moms. So please stop with the multiculturalism. Everything else is just window dressing.

I am a Ward 1 soccer mom who cannot stand Brianne and am thrilled to vote for Salah. Ward 1 has become increasingly unsafe during the past 8 years. I worry about my kids getting caught in the crossfire at Columbia Heights metro,. I worry that my husband and I will get caught in the crossfire if we are sitting outside at a date night at a 14th street restaurant. I want her gone.
