I hope she is and loses badly, because the quality of life has deteriorated dreadfully under her tenure and she’s MIA. As she would say, her actions have been “performative” at best

It's interesting that people who support Salah use this line to disparage Nadeau but typically support Bowser. I haven't heard this as much from the other side (The R. White/Nadeau side), but they aren't also as aligned on a slate at this point. |

| All I have seen from Nadeau's camp is a desperate effort to smear Salah as some type of deep cover Republican operative. His street signs (at least in my Ward 1 neighborhood) are getting ripped down at a rapid rate. She has absolutely nothing to run on in terms of her representation of Ward One so all she is doing is negative campaigning against Salah since he got the Post endorsement. The quality of life in Ward 1 (whether it is crazy ATVs on U Street, the increased crime, or the rapid decline of Columbia Heights, has all occurred on her watch. She needs to go. |

| i think her answer to the atv problem was to build them a special atv park where they could ride, which is funny in so many ways. the city would end up spending probably tens of millions of dollars to build some absurd park that then no one would actually use. |
