Is Brianne Nadeau really in trouble?

Woman is anti anything that doesn’t benefit her personally or get her a moment on the national use. She’s the worst kind of left-wing populist, like a communist Stephen Miller

Sure, Brianna

I will personally run a write in campaign in November is she by some miracle does. Useless. Net negative.

LOL. She is a 2 term incumbent CM. Of course she’s going to win. To believe otherwise is delusional.

Hi Brianne. You can tell which candidates are losing by how much they are attacking their challengers. When you're winning, you don't mention your challengers at all because you dont want them to get any attention.

Populist Stephen Miller. Same scorn, same disregard for the people, just on the opposite end

Here’s the funny thing. It’s a private website so whatever. But the (positive) thread about Salah Czapary and his credentials around LBGTQ+ and city-wide issues was deleted. That alone frankly makes me predisposed to vote for him

It’s tough for her to be anti-police when crime is spiking in DC.

And to prove the "performative" part: she held a public safety forum and invited no one from the police department or US Attorney's office . . .

There is a conspiracy afoot. Keep digging. I think you are on to something.

Not a huge fan of her and not a Ward 1 voted but I still think she will likely win. I wish she had a more solid challenger. Sabel Harris seems to have similar views but at least could have tried to run on constituent services which Nadeu is awful at. Salah is just really hard to pin down- I wouldn't care if he is a republican but some of the people he hired are just too far right to be showing good judgement. Really not clear how he would vote if elected.

It’s very clear. Go to WaPo, Washington Blade, his website, town hall reports. He’s a democrat through and trough with practical solutions and without an expectation that living in DC equals some sort of siege situation

I think it doesn’t even matter who these two are at this point. We need to send a message that the unraveling of the quality of life and the dangers we now face under Nadeau are not acceptable.

Nadeau must go!

I just searched Nadeau’s twitter for crime and shooting. The last mentions were in 2019! Can that be? Out of twitter, out of mind?! She tweets prolifically though about herself mostly

I will vote Salah because I just can’t take the crime and dirt and noise from ATVs

+1. Czepary all the way.

And her last statement, about the 2019 shooting on 14&U linked to her twitter was removed by her from her website. What kind of fiction of Ward 1 is she running?

Dereliction of duty comes to mind.

Even if this was said sarcastically, it isn't far off the mark. The progressive wing in DC Dem politics is very organized. It was no mistake that the City Paper immediately went after Salah Czapary after he received the Post's endorsement. Elissa Silverman used to write the City Paper's city politics column "Loose Lips". Charles Allen, Brianne Nadeau, Elissa Silverman, Robert White and to some extent Janeese George are all supported in lockstep by national and local far left progressive organizations, as are candidates Zachary Parker and Erin Palmer. And they desperately want Frumin to join their ranks from Ward 3. And Karl Racine is in the background backing them all. And if there is a solid block of 7 on the council, and especially if Robert White becomes the mayoral candidate, then DC will double down on every failed policy that San Francisco ever embraced. If you like high crime, no prosecutions and tent encampments on sidewalks and public open spaces, then this is the crew.

Now let's see if this post gets deleted . . . .
