An earlier poster had said "Local teens having fun was never a problem until a bunch of white people from somewhere else moved here (to live in a city!) and then started complaining about the things that attracted them here in the first place." I pushed back on that. But you're just feeding the stereotype of uptight new arrivals here.

Move away, OP. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. My DH still works out of DC, but he can work remotely, we are only in the city for a few months out of the year.

Right now I can hear frogs, crickets, and a coyote in the distance. It’s heaven. You don’t have to live with noise pollution. Find a way out.
