Loud ATV drivers at night? City government? Police?

Why are you so inconsiderate and cruel? Please respect right of fellow humans to sleep at night? Think about it and have some pity and empathy. There are people who are sick, hard workers, students, elderly, infants etc. and need sleep to function and stay healthy. Most can’t afford to have fun at night and sleep at day time.

Why city government does nothing about it or about literally anything? Crime, poverty, mental health, homelessness, drugs, rodents, graffiti, deterioration, list goes on. Just resign and let other people try.

Most homes have none to little soundproofing, sleeping inside homes is ruined by outside noise.

Why some areas have clubs in residential areas blast loud music at night. You want to do it then sound proof your establishments and respect neighbors.

There should be an awareness campaign, if us people won’t care for each other then how are we going to expect officials and politicians to care? There are many problems people can solve themselves by being thoughtful and helpful. Be kind, take personal initiative.

If you haven't noticed, this isn't middle America, and we do not have white teens driving souped up monster trucks in crowded places here. I'm sure if I lived in middle America, I'd find that a nuisance too and expect my government to do something about it.

NP here. Monster trucks and Middle America are far outside my area of expertise but I'm guessing they do what they noisily do much farther from people's bedrooms than our own ATV-riding yokels.
