What do you put in plain yogurt to spice it up?

+ 1 to Indian pickle. Mango is my favorite. I also put it on cream cheese with a bagel and on cottage cheese (although that can get too salty). So good.

+1 Also, you can try the fresh "tadka" of south indian curd-rice - with curry leaves, without the rice of course.

or water the yogurt down with some milk and beat it well. Add seasoning (mint, curry leaves, cumin, asaphotida) to make "Masala Chaas". Lovely drink.
