| Cinnamon or honey. |
| Go savory like an Indian raita— a little salt, cumin, chili powder and chopped cucumber and carrots. |
| tried lots of things.....peanut butter works best for me. |
| I make raita or tzatziki. |
|
For breakfast, a little maple sugar and plain uncooked oats.
For dinner, a little grated garlic and salt, thinned with water as need be, for a simple sauce. Or mixed with a little salt, olive oil, and lime juice, for a more vibrant sauce. |
This is what I do (savory, not always Indian) except I usually go really simple and just add mint and lemon or something. I also love adding brown sugar and cream, and I used to add sugar and cocoa powder but I did it so much it got old. Actually these days I usually just buy individual flavored ones from Siggis or Fage. I feel guilty about the environmental impact so when things get less hectic in life I’ll go back to flavoring my own. |
How interesting! I’m going to give this a try. Anything I should know about making this combo? |
I do this too. Plain yogurt, peanut butter and granola. |

| I like a little chopped pear and cinnamon |
| Frozen cherries--when they defrost they sweeten the yogurt nicely! |
| Jam, nuts, agave nectar. Fruit. Peanut butter. |
| Lemon curd. |
