try it! you stir the PB in and it blends. I like to leave some streaks and not mix it completely. it’s really yummy and yes, filling.

I also recently remade my favorite fruit-at-the-bottom yogurt - cinnamon apple. I can never find it in stores. Dice apple really small, cinamonn, and sugar. I let the apple macerate a bit then mixed in the yogurt. was just like I remembered!

Wow, thanks, coffee poster! I'm trying that tomorrow!

I tried to find a healthier replacement for granola today, since they're all loaded with sugar, and I bought a box of grapenuts. These things are just as bad as I remember! I don't remember the last time I ate anything that LOUD when it crunched.
