For a savory condiment/dip: lots of fresh chopped garlic, chives, and fresh dill, and salt

My breakfast for 20+ years:

150 gms plain greek yogurt

tablespoon melted peanut butter

dollop raspberry fruit spread

all mixed together

For breakfast I have flax raisin bran with plain yogurt, a dash of milk to make is easier to eat, add chopped walnuts, fresh blueberries and strawberries. If I have other fresh fruit around I add that too.

For me texture is key.

The best combo for me is blueberries and some sort of seed or nut- chopped almonds, chia, hemp hearts, flax seed....
