My breakfast for 20+ years:
150 gms plain greek yogurt tablespoon melted peanut butter dollop raspberry fruit spread all mixed together |
| For breakfast I have flax raisin bran with plain yogurt, a dash of milk to make is easier to eat, add chopped walnuts, fresh blueberries and strawberries. If I have other fresh fruit around I add that too. |
| A touch of honey and blueberries and/or raspberries. |
| Salt or zhoug sauce. |
|
For me texture is key.
The best combo for me is blueberries and some sort of seed or nut- chopped almonds, chia, hemp hearts, flax seed.... |
| Frozen cherries, almond extract, some granola with corn flakes |
| Honey, tahini, salt, then a bit of cinnamon or cayenne |
Also chia! |
|
Frozen blueberries, other fresh berries in season, chia and homemade granola.
Can’t do the flavored stuff anymore. |
| Everything but the bagel seasoning to make a dip |
