If you go the court route yes. In a situation as described above it’s typically a private settlement, and yes someone making millions will be paying out substantially. Look how often it occurs in sports/celebrity circles. There’s a reason. |
| When I was 35 I was single. Met DH online and married after 10 months of dating. Fast forward 15 years and we’re happily married with 2 kids. Things can change fast! |

I echo everyone who says to treat dating like a job. About two years ago, I had an epiphany - I was constantly whining about being single, complaining everyone was getting married but me...yet barely made an effort to meet anyone or go on dates! OP, it sounds like you're making an active effort, but I'd encourage you to try online dating. For me personally: I made a goal to go on one date a week, and didn't let conversations on apps drag on more than a week. First dates were always drinks, so they didn't have to last long if one of us wasn't feeling it.
Fast forward two years...and I just went ring shopping with my lovely significant other. Good luck OP!! |
I’m not defending affairs but do you seriously not understand the difference between two consenting adults having sex versus one of those people tricking the other into having a child against their will so that they can steal $500,000+ from them over the next 18 years? |

It's okay OP you can keep waiting for the right man. CBN found her perfect match at 54 (him being 59).
Whatever you do, don't compromise. Dalrock wrote a good article on this: https://dalrock.wordpress.com/2019/05/31/worth-the-wait/ |
