The house is well-maintained and looks like it has some upgrades. The price seems to take the location into account—I think if it weren’t next to the Beltway it’d be 1K more at least. But definitely based on location many would rule it out (I would).

Compare this and the same price split foyer with a better location in the same neighborhood. I don't think the Lear house will be a teardown and very good chance the Capulet house will be.

No they don't. That is why I wouldn't buy in the Hamlet. And you can hear the noise in your backyards.

No they don't. That is why I wouldn't buy in the Hamlet. And you can hear the noise in your backyards.
