Maybe saying something about the co |

Lol thanks sales team |
All sourced from same suppliers. So pick best ppl to work with. Those who have ppl that are know and willing to treat it like they are building their own home. And wow that’s a lot of complaints from neighbors. |
| We are looking into a Sekas lot/semi-custom home and wanted to hear from anyone (especially recently within the last 1-2 years) who had a new build with them and what their experience was because the reviews online regarding Sekas Homes have been very mixed. We have not been able to come across anything from 2023 or even this year. Any input would be greatly appreciated! |

I bought a house from Sekas last year. I was living in a newer community (2018) built by NV before. I would say Sekas looks nicer and quality seems higher. We didn’t have bigger issues except general new construction settling and cosmetic problems so far. Nothing major.
However, our neighbor had worse problems than us. |
| What do they charge for the land? It's weird that the price of the land is mentioned. |
They’re not in the business of purely selling land. They’ll happily sell you a new house with the land it’s sitting on. |
What kind of problems did your. Neighbor have? |
Not what I would pick.

Others out there

| Looked into buying a new Sekas home but were turned off by the bro culture of the young Sekas son and the salesperson, who I believe is no longer there. At one point during our meeting, the young Sekas son propped his feet up on the conference room table, presumably to show that he was large and in charge. It was utterly disrespectful. Right away we knew these were not people that we wanted to do business with. |

They have been, and continue to be your typical middle of the pack
Builder. Nothing excellent but nothing bad either. They build generic boxes and someone buys them. Profit margins are the sole objective. |

Seka was a popular film
“Actress” during the 70s and early 80s. |
Good call, as someone that has done business with them, I’m convinced their business plan is to make as much money as possible, deflect issues, and leave their mistakes to the homeowner to fix. |
