Add leaving trash around and rude staff. Building houses fast and fostering tension with neighbors.

Called them to complain about loud music and they didn’t bother to call or acknowledge.

If it’s before 7am or after 10pm, you can try non emergency line

many in our community have complained about them in the neighborhood. don't expect friendly neighbors as they disregard neighbors in the built process. e.g on top of construction noise, expect very loud music to be played by them...like you are in a block party.

Neighbors called to complain about loud mu. No one returned calls.

Cheap, builder grade materials. Nothing special about them. Basically a slightly nicer version of a Miller and Smith or Van Metre house. But still cheap and crappy builder grade crap.

They have a bad reputation in Vienna for ripping out all the trees--too lazy to keep some--and mounding the dirt so their houses sit higher. This causes leaky basements for the neighbors.

One needs to go through a process to cut down trees. Hope they are following ffx guidelines

New builds must follow a grading plan and old houses are flooded if the old house owner hasn't properly graded their yard to follow the grading plan.

In the TOV, the process seems pretty lax if the builder is only building one house. Sekas just knocks them all down.

I liked how they took out all the tree from my lot and gave me a clean area so I can have fun planting.

I have a neighbor who is also a brand new build by one of these independent builders and no trees were taken out and now the damn things are leaning and are no longer in the correct place. they used to be fine with the small home that was on the lot but now the houses are much larger you shouldn't have this huge trees right next the house.
