I own a SEKAS home. It is amazing that they finish my home on time when dealing with such challenge from supply shortage.

I have a high standard and expensive taste towards interiors and they are easy to work with and allow me to add extra personal tastes to the design.

But most of all, they finish my house on time. I mean, they can finish the contstruction without any delay and within the interest rate lock range.

PP - I swear I am a real purchaser. I was looking between Sekas and Evergreen back in 2021 but around that time, it doesnt seem Sekas has any site development in Mclean. Then I looke at wolf trap and great falls and finally settled in vienna. There were some issues but after communication, they agreed to eat up cost and solved my prolbem. Not 100% satisfied but most importatly, I was able to close with 2.75% rate.

I doubt you have “expensive taste” if you live in a John sekas home. It’s mostly basic builder grade.

Some of the ugliest houses in the area are Sekas builds. However it doesn't seem to be slowing down their business.

Some of their houses are nicer than others. But most of their Vienna builds look alike and haven’t aged especially well, in the sense that they exemplify what people now associate with a McCraftsman.

We are 5+ years into our Sekas home. No problems whatsoever. No, they aren’t the highest end builder around with the most expensive finishes, but we love the house and feel it is high quality for the reasonable price. We had one issue several months after we moved in, and it was addressed to our satisfaction immediately.

Haven’t heard that there are no problems with any builder. I know someone with a home from them. First week In And major issue. All builders have problems bc of vendors. Short supply and vendors generally don’t care with the exception of a few. But builders should understand how t

Our nieghbors complained as well. They could hear the music six houses away! Nothing like loud unwanted block party on a Tuesday morning.

My friend has one. They complain about it falling apart every few months.
