None are committed to Georgetown actually. Try UVA, UPenn, Notre Dame (2), Navy, Maryland, Amherst, Lehigh, Bowdoin, just to name a few. To be honest, who cares if they do attend Georgetown, it’s an awesome school and a great lax program. They are currently ranked 11th in the country for D1 schools. Any recruit would be lucky to commit to Georgetown.

Zaga, SJC and even PVI are capable of winning the Ship any given year. You could maybe even throw in DeMatha too.

After those 4 though, the WCAC drops off BIG TIME.

DeMatha recently lost to DJO and is closer to Ireton than you think. Here's the 2019 Semis and these gaps have widened. A lot of SJC '22s started/played in that game and you know Gonzaga has depth. A few of those kids on SJC for some reason drove by DeMatha and Spalding on the way to Military Road, including the goalie whose brother played at St. Mary's.

We all know why these Annapolis families drove past DeMatha, Spalding and even Saint Mary's to attend SJC.... the school gives out borderline full scholarships for HS lacrosse. its a joke.

With out the Annapolis pipeline, SJC would be on DeMatha's level. They don't seem to get many local lacrosse players with in a 10 mile radius of their own campus which is very telling given their location.

And still St Mary’s and Spalding beat SJC.

Last time I checked SJC ran Prep off of the field

SJC is a house of cards.

The school has a difficult time attracting local lacrosse players who live in their own backyard to attend the school. These families tend always look at Gonzaga, or GP first and sometimes even Landon or Bullis. SJC needs to give out full rides to families from 30 - 50 miles away to build their program. Its a short term high risk strategy however it certainly seems to be working.

When the well drys up, the program will fall just as quickly as it has risen.

2019?? Those kids are now college sophomores. Has nothing to do with 2021 season. These teams and players have played a ton of lacrosse since then. The players know and we will soon see

I don't care if they got their players from Russia, still beat the brakes off Prep last year

Between a scrimmage and a game that took place 13 months ago, Prep trolls are really reaching. Let’s see how this actual season plays out with actual games. No doubt they have the talent, but can they put it together? 2x vs Bullis will be a huge test early and should reveal whether this Prep team is for real or another pretender.

Prep v Bullis tomorrow should be great. I imagine they will meet 3x by the end of the IAC season. I think the fogo that Prep recruited up from Richmond could be the difference.

As a local HS lax fan, I am just pumped to get these games going. Excited for all the kids and families as well. I like both programs a lot. Should be a great one!

Any livestream for this?

Bullis does the best job when it comes to streaming their games.

I would imagine the game at a Bullis will be streamed
