Great. Send them. We will support them. As we’ve said again and again. Yes, we all know Trump and Miller will continue to be amoral POSs who look for ways to punish Dems. And you will continue to support them and defend them given that you’re also an amoral POS. You all deserve each other. |
by this logic half the country is 'punished' if their chosen candidate loses. We have a representative government. If enough people want healthcare under that model they can move or get enough voters to vote out the opposition. |
+1 They may be idiots, but they know exactly why. |
Where did OP say she doesn’t want immigrants coming to her town? She was just calling out Trump’s behavior. Almost 40 pages and the morons still can’t distinguish the two. |
Welcoming immigrants and illegal immigrants are two different things. Those signs - and I know what you’re referring to - are calling out the xenophobia that has characterized and been stoked by this administration from day one. They popped up shortly after Trump was elected and enacted the “Muslim ban”. Funny how you twist a sign and message intended to impart community into “it’s now liberals responsibility to clothe and shelter illegal immigrants.” But while we’re on the topic of liberal charity, what about our collective blue state contributions to keep red states on the dole? I’ll use my tax dollars to house, clothe, and educate a family from Central America that desperately wants a life in the US and is willing to put everything on the line to have it in exchange for not having to support freeloading red staters who vote against their best interest and fall for Trump’s demagoguery while he establishes a kleptocracy at the expense of all but the very wealthy. Deal? |
The stupidity on these threads is astonishing. I did NOT vote for Trump. Yet, if I disagree with the hypocrisy of the liberal, I'm a Trumpster. love the name-calling - I'm a piece of sh*t. Thanks! Now get to work! lots of work to accomplish in a short period |
Yes, let’s stop subsidizing the loser red states and reinvest in the blue states. |
Exactly. And let’s not forget who started this thread - a liberal who was outraged (wow, is that redundant) that Trump would have the audacity to suggest bringing immigrants to sanctuary cities. They don’t want them any more than the next person, but using Trump as their constant scapegoat allows them to pretend otherwise. |
You support Trump. You put him on office. You defend him. He’s yours. Great. Tell Trump to gas up the buses. |
Well said. |
LOL. Its funny that you think the Central American families wont be freeloading |
Oh, you wonderful, humane, modest person. Thank you for sharing your deep virtue with the rest of us mere mortals. Glad to hear you’ll be helping to roll out the red carpet! Keep us updated on all your good works. |
Trump should definitely get the credit for his idea. He should loan out his own buses so he gets full credit for his idea. Immigrants will love him. He’s a billionaire, right? What’s a few buses to him. Actually, he can get his campaign to pay for the buses. I’m sure his donors won’t mind.
|
Riiiiight. If the idea of sending these immigrants to sanctuary cities had come from the Democrats, you’d be falling all over yourselves to show your approval. The only reason you’re outraged (as usual) is because your favorite person to hate suggested it. Get real. We see straight through your faux outrage. -DP |
I don't think of people feeling desperate poverty and violence by walking thousands of miles for a chance at a better life - or a chance to just live - as freeloaders. These are humanitarian refugees, and many of these people have more of an appreciation for hard work and the American dream and what this country stands for than the average Trump voter or GOP politician. Speaking of freeloaders .... all those tax cuts for billionaires. |
