The kid gestures to his friend to stop engaging with the one Native American who is being aggressive.

What the media has done to this kid, and the school is shameful.

See, I've watched numerous videos, from numerous angles, and I still think those kids were harrassing and pulling "rank" on the Indians as they made fun of them through their own fake chants and "Tomahawk chops" (yes, a number of them were doing that move), and the way that kid stared down an old man from an indigenous group singing what anyone should know is a traditional song - holy smokes that is to me what entitlement looks like. "I'm going to have a staring contest with you and I know I will win because even though you are decades older than me and I should have respect for you, I know I wield more power than you, so that is why I can stand here and stare and grin."

Your thoughts are just that. The old guy probably has severe dragon breath and the poor kid was trying not to retch.

Your comment shows you to be a person without compassion or kindness.

The Buzzfeed story is still standing. I don't know where you guys got that idea that it's been debunked by Mueller's statement. Read it more carefully.

As for suing the media for libel, LOL. Please stop watching Law and Order and think you know what you're talking about.

Yet he continues to stare down the man who allegedly intimidated him so much, it made him smirk.

Oh, give me a break. The kid purposely confronted Phillips and tried to stare him down to mock and intimidate him. If anything that video shows that the kid was not "scared" or prevented from leaving because he easily walked away and left after he saw his chaperones (which is why he gave the "cut it out" sign to his friend).

Grinning= Hitler’s Own Facial Expression

Chanting Uber loudly and banging a drum in someone's face= a religious, peaceful gesture

You know you are beyond help, right?

Here is a video clearly showing that Nathan Phillips approached the students. On the basis of the evidence we now have, I believe that people who issued categorical and one-sided condemnations of the students should retract and apologize.

Oh, is that so? You can't just make things up that fit your narrative and state them as though they are facts.

Is there evidence that the boys were "fighting with" the Black Hebrews? As opposed to being harassed by them?

And why did Nathan Phillips get all up in one boy's face in particular if he was attempting to separate two groups? That's certainly unnecessary in order to make a barrier between two groups. It's awfully aggressive.

Narrative, narrative, narrative. Expand your vocabulary, Trumper. It’s free, as is honesty - though that is impossible for you.

watch the whole 40 minute video

between buzzfeed and this it's been a very bad look for bias and rush to judgement

Yes, by his own description he walked between the two groups throwing insults at one another to try to keep the peace. The boys responded by standing in his personal space with that stupid smirk, fake war chants, and tomahawk motions. Why you MAGAs think this helps your case is beyond me, they come off even worse in the longer video.
