Will not happen. He did this to himself. You don’t get to get rid of your Judge and get assigned one you want more by committing another crime. He’s stuck with her. For a mistrial, she would need to do something prejudicial. Not him. Otherwise, we are rewarding bad behavior.

Recall this same judge didn’t give Manafort prison time until he violated the terms of his house arrest twice.
