Bethenny knew she acted like a lunatic in the Berkshires the next day. She said it and owned it. She knew she went too far with Sojna and she addressed it during the season.

I think she's super harsh and can be very mean. I just don't think she's delusional, which puts her ahead of most HWs.

BUt she never makes any attempt to stop this behavior going forward. IT's as if she thinks that's good enough--to own it and maybe apologize, but not to try to fix it. I used to really like her, but not after this season. Now I just think she's awful, and a truly broken person.

There's nothing "real time" about Bethanny's owning her behavior. She just has a better contract that allows her to control her image and how she's portrayed in the show.

I think her self awareness makes it worse. She was the definition of manic when she ranted at Luann in the Berkshires. I thought we were witnessing someone having a legitimate mental break. And the way she acted at her own party in the Hamptons was freaky. The muttering, stuttering slinking around trying to avoid one greasy little undesirable. I almost cringed for her but she's become way too horrible.

I find myself wondering how much of this show is "scripted." Like, does Bethenny really have the photo of Tom actually making out with someone else just a few days before, or is this whole storyline made up to create a dramatic plot? They are dragging it out soooooo long, like there is nothing else to talk about. OTOH, Mario was really cheating on Ramona, so....

She is working. She is doing her job albeit a crazy trashy job. It pays well I suppose. Bravo is not paying these women to be well adjusted functional people. They want crazy.

Not that it's any excuse for what he did but I bet Tom was baited. He supposedly was kissing some playboy model. Likely someone like that wouldn't go for him unless she was compensated somehow. Just my guess.

No, she did not own it in real time, she watched herself in hindsight and tried to downplay her own mania because she need the paycheck from her screen time and was embarrassed by her own behavior. She looked like a fucking nutcase in the Hamptons AND the the Berkshires and she knows it. She tried to mitigate the damage by pretending these crazy women drove her to crazy behavior, but she was definitely the craziest of them all. Crazier than Sonja and that's just humiliating.

Li bought this at a CVS when I found it in a 75% off bin. It was $2. I had my then 9 year old with me and she wanted to do face masks with me. They had a second Skinny Girl body scrub there that I bought, too. It was also about $2. It smelled horrible, but the "seeds" inside did a great job exfoliating and the oil based product left a really smooth feel to the skin. Even with the bad smell, I would use that one again...for $2.
