That is just gross. I'm not watching if she is still on. |
|
Carole has no storyline escort her boring and scripted relationship with her younger boyfriend, and being Bethenny's follower. I'm sure she's insuring her paycheck.

Out of curiosity, I checked her book out of the library and read it after the big hullabaloo about the ghost writer. Not sure it matters who wrote it because I did not find the writing to be anything to write home about. I imagine the only reason the book got published was because people can't get enough of books about the Kennedys. The only remotely interesting parts of the story are her interactions with JFK Jr. and Carolyn, and particularly Carole's depiction of her role the night the plane went down. But I felt gross for reading someone trade on her friendship with famous people who died tragically. Oh, and also the old Hamburger Hamlet across from Wildwood in Bethesda had a few cameos in the book. As dive-y as it was, I loved the Hamlet for some reason. So I liked that the memory of the Hamlet is preserved in a book. |
| Agree with the PP - I also read the memoir. |
I didn't know that about Hamburger Hamlet. I'll have to check out the book. Loved me some Zucchini Zircles! |
I signed it. I used to be a big fan of the show and of hers, but she pretty much ruined it for me. Bethenny Frankel is an awful person--no wonder nobody loves her, or does for long anyway. |
| Carole's dress looked like it was made of skin tags. Absolutely repulsive. |
Lol |
| Look, Gigi Hadid could wesr that dress. Carole cannot. |
Gigi Hadid could wear skin tags. Carole looks like a bag of a$$. |
Gigi Hadid DOES wear skin tags. Have you seen her moles? Millions of 'em. |
| Was the reunion even worth watching? DH wanted to watch something else so I recorded it but don't want to waste my time if it wasn't good. I think I'm done with this show because of Bethenny and Carole. |
I think the other two were better. This one focused on Sonja vs Dorinda, and then the photo scandal. The only thing that was noteworthy for me was when Bethanny was about walk from the set while talking about the photo. I think she was getting frustrated because she was given this bait from the producers and had to handle the consequences. Because as an outsider, her "ready to walk" seemed for something meaningless. |
I read Carole's book about her marriage too. The beginning was a little slow but then it picked up tremendously. I laughed and cried and thought the writing was GREAT. Normally I like books with a lot of dialog which hers didn't have, but this one really drew me in. It was so good that I took Carole's fiction book out of the library. Which was so bad I couldn't finish. It started out so well - a woman is leaving her lover's place when she gets word her husband was just killed by a falling piano. But weirdly, it got slower from there. I also read Aviva's book. I was surprised to find out it was more interesting than I thought it was, though it left me thinking Aviva sure does think highly of herself. |
I was going to say this. |
