I don’t think it’s the BIL. That possibility is pretty much squashed with this new video. The kids are together on this and seem to think it is a true kidnapping situation.

Agree. The BIL is just a regular dude, not some criminal mastermind. The FBI is on this. They would have figured it out if it was him by now most likely.

But why is this video happening 4 days later? If it was kidnapping for ransom, wouldn't they demand the money immediately....and wouldn't they engage immediately? This video makes it sound like they didn't believe it was ransom kidnapping until today...

Possible, Tucson is a premier destination for outdoor bouldering

You think you would but you wouldn't... if your mom was not in her home and there was a little blood but not a pool, you'd think she bled and did not see that it dripped on the floor.

I'd assume she was at a neighbors or on a walk. I would NOT call 911 at first. i'd check the house, with neighbors, call my sibling to see if they talked.... then I would call 911.

The timeline has always confused me. The police found a damaged crime scene. Not just the blood. So why did they wait so long if it was so obvious. If they did do it, they aren’t very good criminals.

The ransom note only came in on Tuesday. Who knows what it’s been run through over the past two days to validate it. I think the police told them to make this video now. They must think it’s real too.

This is so sad and surreal.

ty

This is awful. It sounds like they think the ransom request is real.

The brother is in the Guard. He could have been on assignment somewhere.

He got word Sunday afternoon. He is on location on Wednesday. He arrived in town in a reasonable time.

Why? It's not Savannah's duty to provide for her siblings.

Seriously what a dumb comment. My relative is a billionaire and drives a 15 year old car you would clearly sneer at. Some people don’t care about material things

The sister and BIl being local would have done the heavy lifting of care for the Mom: meds, doctor appointments, groceries, meals, house repairs etc.

She absolutely would need to sit thru it. The alternative would be even more questioning and finger pointing in her direction.

+1 Definitely. A mid-80s woman with heart, blood pressure, insulin, and mobility issues would require a lot of support to live "independently"in a 3000 square foot home.

This is real life not some true crime fictional show on Netflix.
