Because sitting around the house, worrying about her mother is likely making things worse.
I know it would drive me nuts if I was stuck inside my four walls….waiting everyday for any news on my missing mother.

Though many people would be very critical if they saw Savannah on TV right now.
Maybe she could work behind the scenes.
