The shirt isn't so bad. The colors are good, and the pattern detracts from her enormous bolt-ons. It's the way she's wearing it with the pants that's horrendous.

I think she wears coats indoors because they are like some sort of armor and make her feel safe. Maybe she is self-conscious of her body at this point.
