Don't know that they knew each other directly. Wint was an employee at SS family company years ago. Was spotted with a machete outside the premises after leaving their employ. Another Wint relative is said to have also left the SS company more recently. Lastly, some DCUM posters theorize that Wint may have confused the SS family company with another company in NY that paid a settlement to his fellow countrymen due to some type of employment issues

He should have been kicked out of this country years ago..was he legally here? This never would have happen..and since he was here and committing crimes..he should have been in prison..did I read right that he was only in prison in NY?? No time served in Maryland?? Pure Evil

Weapons, drink containers found at mansion murder scene
WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The return warrant related to a quadruple murder case in Northwest D.C. reveals the items that police recovered from the scene.

Matches, lighters, weapons, pizza and drink containers were among the items collected by police, according to the warrant. The only suspect charged in the murders of Savvas, Amy, and Phillip Savopoulos and Veralicia Figueroa, Daron Wint, was linked to the case using DNA from pizza crust.

It seems officials are reluctant to deport criminals. This is not new.

I'd be interested to see a list of his offenses, the states/jurisdictions in which they occurred, and the judges' names with the sentences they gave for those crimes.

it would be public record..but you may need to go into the courts website..Maryland NY and DC??? Oh bet there is a few also

DC really needs the death penalty..JUST for This Case..this has to be the worst murders in the history of this country..I can not think of any other murder case that had all of the elements involved. The house should be torn down and not resold! Police said they took from the home photographs, hair fibers, shoe prints “and other forms of biological / forensic evidence.” Detectives also took personal papers and writings, financial documents, money, bedding, plastic bags, trash bags, tape, matches, lighters, buckets and several vehicles. Police said they took “all electronic devices” and weapons, though the document did not describe them. Police also seized pizza boxes, pizza, beverage containers and “materials related to surveillance systems and digital storage HERES ATTY FICKER JUNK FORENSIC SCIENCE!!! Let his grandmom have lunch with him..And media is stuck on a pool party flash mob..and there are death threats, lawsuits and protests??? And this is ignored by National Network Media..like MSN and MSNBC!!!

Don't worry, the media has a very short attention span. Once more information is revealed about this horrendous tragedy, I think the media will have become bored with the pool party fiasco.
