The human brain isn’t reliably making good decisions, until well after age 20. But go ahead and pray on it. |

He can have a say when he can take take the embryo and gestate it himself. |
Only if you can gestate it in your own body. |
Then have protected sex. The amount of failure rates of birth control measures is very small. Women don't like to take responsibility for their own actions, it's seriously an epidemic. You had sex, the child is both of yours, he gets a say. |
“Protected sex” = contraception, which can and does fail. |
PP here. Of course, but that doesn't mean women shouldn't try to make wise decisions for themselves; and it's certainly not slut-shaming to suggest it. |

Who cares what happens in Alabama?
This will just make that state worse and we can laugh even more at it. |
Great than you will be all for the National sperm database! |
| Don't worry feminists, no one is coming after your abortions...we just want common sense abortion control |
You're an idiot. A simple DNA swab or paternity test can prove that. We already have the means. |

I've been reading a lot of the #youknowme stories and they're just proving the point of anti-abortionists- that abortion is being used as birth control. .. rather than women taking the initiative to protect themselves from pregnancy in the first place. "Oh I can just have my fetus killed because I'm not ready to be a mother."
If abortion is not an option in these cases you better believe there will be more responsible bc use. Also, a D&C because of miscarriage is not an abortion by the laws definition. The # was created to reduce the shame and stigma but it's pretty appalling. |
| More unwanted kids.....great idea. This country is regressing and I blame these low intelligence religious zealots. |
Research pretty well proves the opposite -- liberal access to reproductive healthcare in all forms (abortion, birth control, sex ed) reduces unwanted pregnancy and abortion. European countries prove this over and over again. |
Actual research is not consistent with what you are saying. Anecdotal stories on Twitter are not academic research. |
Europe is more restrictive...I'm ok with that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abortion_law
Most don't allow second trimester - but only under certain circumstances
