The irony is that the net result of all of this, whether it's because all this coverage has intensified the mystique of Beauvoir, or whether it's because otherwise hopeless parents see hope in the delusion of a decrease in applicants, there will be a net gain, if not overwhelming gain, in applications.

Today we learned that the Metropolitan Police have decided to release to the media the name of former Third grade teacher Eric Toth in connection with the June incident. No further details are known by the School about why this is occurring.

watch the video on nbc4. there is more information than in the written report I read=believe was attempting to or did tape kids in boys bathroom at school. I do not understand why the DC police were not called. If he had drugs would they have called the real police?

I think it is sad to prolong this discussion but I definitely believe the school has some explaining to do. If I were a parent at the school or an applicant family, I would want answers about the way this was handled (or mishandled.)
