Has anyone heard of this supposed "Day of Rage" scheduled in cities across America this Friday? It's making the rounds on the internet, and I wonder if it's just a rumor. We have dinner plans in DC a block from the WH, and that's supposedly one of the targets. I'd just as soon stay away.

| They are not likely to bother Equinox or wherever you are going. |
The restaurant is just one block east of the WH, so there could be spill-over if in fact there's any truth to it. Not in the restaurant itself...but in the streets leading to it. Only thing is, no legitimate paper seems to be reporting it. |
It is actually north, not east, so maybe it would be better for the directionally challenged to not risk it! |
| You have to have real balls to go into DC these days, and it ain't gettin' better. Just my opinion. |
Ha-ha. I'm the OP, and I was referring to the restaurant we're going to - not Equinox. But we're having second thoughts. We will have a young cousin (girl, age 15) and elderly parents with us. Boring old Fairfax, here we come. |
Or skip Old Ebbit and go to Equinox
|
| Of course it is a day we were going to take our visiting family from tx who have never been to DC into the city... |
I think it's a hoax, but not positive. Wouldn't major media be reporting it? |
LOL. Where you from, bumpkin? Might want to seek help for your agoraphobia and anxiety. |
I sure hope so. While I have no problem with peaceful protests, day of rage does not sound that way. |
It's a hoax and a really stupid one at that. Don't worry about it. |
Native Washingtonian. LOL. Where are from, all mighty one? |
*are you from |
| I'm AA and politically active. It's a hoax. My cousins works for Homeland Security. This "newspaper" is just targeting bigots and scared white people. |
