I disagree.

Can you tell me why you disagree? Thanks.

I would guess so, they haven’t even gotten to the murder day yet.

I agree, but the good thing is the prosecutor is doing a great job and seems like Bs attorney is a doofus. Otherwise, they probably could make her look like an unreliable/not credible witness, but what’s on her side are all the photographic and forensic evidence that backs up everything she’s saying.

Yes, I agree. From the way she is responding to questions, I would think that the jurors could surmise how she could have been taken advantage of by the defendant.

She also seems like she’s drugged or something. Sleepy, slow, groggy.

Yes. Either not very bright or drugged. She cannot understand the most basic of questions. Why didn’t the prosecution get into HOW it turned sexual? She’s just like we didn’t talk and then it turned sexual. Glad not to be a Fairfax taxpayer. I’m afraid they just might blow this.

**Graphic**

She's testifying about the bedroom/murder sequence now. Ugh, terrible.

Christine was alive when Joe was shot and told J to call 911. So she did. J testifies it was Joe groaning in the background on that call. BB gave her a look to hang up the phone. Then BB got on top of C and stabbed her in the neck multiple times

They are breaking for the day. More questions for Juliana tomorrow.

Separately from all this mayhem we are hearing about: I assume Juliana was interviewed before the Banfields hired her. I cannot imagine them turning to each other and saying « Oh, yes, this slow-burning wick is exactly who should be taking care of our little child. » Wow! Crazy. Can you imagine?

Some things are not adding up and maybe you guys can help me figure out.

1. How come Christine had her glasses on her head at the time of the autopsy?

2. Juliana sees Joe pulling up. She calls Brendan. Brendan arrives from McDonalds (5-6 mins), they go in through the basement. What’s happening upstairs during all this time? Even if Joe was told to play a rape fantasy, wouldn’t he notice it was not going how it was supposed to? Like, wouldn’t she be showing real fear, etc?

3. Juliana says she waited in the basement w the child, and only after a few minutes she went upstairs. How many minutes was that, and what was BB doing ? If she claims to have witnessed him shooting Joe, I believe she would have gone upstairs with BB at the same time, no?

Idk, this all sounds weird to me.

Sometimes you think something like that is a language/accent issue.

There are some things we will never know b/c only Joe and Christine were in the room. She may have grabbed her glasses when she woke up/he entered the room to see who was coming in the room. Remember she was in shock likely during this whole event. Do you ever "lose" your glasses on your head? Do you put them up if they get foggy or if you need to see something up close? I mean any number of scenarios could have happened with the glasses.

She didn’t say she wait few minutes in the basement. She said she did wait few seconds and then went straight to meet him on the main floor.

She did. She said she waited a few mins.
She said “secs” when they were on the bottom of the stairs to go up to the room.

I think J is saying the true. She has nothing to lose at this point. It makes all sense to me. Everything was meticulously premeditated by BB for sure.

She may have been more amped up for the interview or -- more likely -- she is on some serious anti-depressants because she's depressed that she's ruined her life by falling for a POS guy, helping him murder two people, and getting caught.
